The 112-metre tall multifunctional Millennium Centre consists of three towers and is located in the business district of Sofia, between Vitosha Boulevard and Bulgaria Boulevard. 40,000 square metres of glass façades made up of geometric forms are the most striking feature of this 130,000-square-metre building. The project houses 25 000m² office space, luxurious appartments, retail spaces, restaurants, a congress center, a spa and fitness center and a 5* hotel with 252 rooms and a VIP section with 121 rooms and 22 suites.
